Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back within 14 days of us confirming your return request. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or has had protective liners or tags removed may not be eligible for return.
