Shipping and Orders

As a British brand, ANNA WALDORF is committed to transparency in how our collections are designed, manufactured, and delivered. Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing and logistics partners in China, an approach we have found enables close oversight of production, reduces unnecessary handling and storage, and delivers consistent quality to customers worldwide.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout where available. As a general guide, international orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

As orders are shipped internationally, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
